What we collect

The site is a static website. We do not run user accounts and we do not ask you to register. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request — to serve the pages and protect against abuse. This data is processed under our legitimate interest in running a secure website and is not used to identify you.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on the site may set their own cookies when you interact with them: the Bókun booking widget (checkout for the audio guide, with payment processed by Stripe) and the outbound links to our partners (GetYourGuide, Booking.com, TouringBee). Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

Purchases

When you buy the audio guide through the on-page checkout, your order details (name, email, payment) are processed by Bókun and Stripe on behalf of Touringbee Limited to deliver your activation email. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission. Write to info@touringbee.com.
